No Duplicate Listings
Posting the same property multiple times is not allowed. Each property must be listed only once.
Right to Remove Listings
The Platform reserves the right to remove or modify any listing that violates these terms or appears suspicious, without prior notice.
Accurate Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information (price, size, location, availability, etc.) is accurate and up to date.
No Guarantee of Sale
Listing a property on the Platform does not guarantee a sale. We are not responsible for the transaction outcome.
Compliance with Law
All listings must comply with Pakistani real estate and anti-money laundering laws.

Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before entering into any transaction. The Platform does not verify all listings independently.
No Liability for Transactions
The Platform acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the success, failure, or legal status of any transaction.
No Advance Payment Advice
Buyers are advised not to pay any amount in advance without physical verification and legal documentation of the property.
User Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and activity of your user account.
No Illegal Transactions
The Platform must not be used for any illegal transactions or dealings involving black money or disputed properties.
